Our sweet, adorable, amazing little Quincy passed away last night. He was only 3. The vet believes he had a heart attack due to his Addison's disease. We are just heartbroken. Probably more so than alot of people who lose their animals. We were with him 24 hours a day and took him on all of our vacations and to most of our dinings out on Atlantic Ave. We loved that boy more than alot of people love their kids. The real kicker is that it happenned 5 years to the day of my dad's passing. I just feel like God is testing us sometimes.

Dear Kristen and David,
Joe and I keep you both in our thoughts regularly. We know the feelings that come with saying good-bye to beloved pet children (3 times too many) in 21 years of marriage. We are confident that God has them waiting for us in Heaven to meow and bark the way to guide us home in the future.
